For many people, the cinema is just a place with a big screen and expensive snacks - but there is more that is not normally visible: the surround sound system. It all started in the 1980s with a simple three-speaker setup and evolved into object-based systems with up to 20 speakers.
With the new M6x 250.7 you can easily create a powerful 7.1 home theater setup (your active subwoofer is powered separately). You can connect your preamp/AV processor using either RCA or fully balanced XLR cables. The XLR connection also improves the sound quality and ensures clean signal transmission.

The Musical Fidelity M6x 250.7 will not only impress you with its sound quality, but also with its high-quality metal workmanship and an overall clean look. The front panel, available in black or silver, consists of a specially made fine extruded aluminum profile.

The M6x 250.7 offers a gold-plated RCA and a balanced XLR input per channel. If your preamp has XLR outputs, we always recommend using a balanced connection. This type of signal transmission leads to increased dynamics, less noise and improved signal-to-noise ratios. If you need the same signal on multiple inputs, e.g. For example, for bi-amping, you can use the gold-plated RCA pass-through output and distribute the signal to the next input. The gold-plated, insulated speaker output connectors accept 4mm banana plugs, spade connectors or bare wires. You can use the trigger input/output to switch the device on/off via other components.
