It has the same attractive design, is made from the same high-quality materials and is constructed to the same exacting standards. The Evo CD extracts every little sound detail from your CDs and transmits it smoothly to the Evo. Your CD collection is now ready for the HiFi evolution.

Precise drive
The Evo CD features our new S5 servo, an evolution of the highly acclaimed S3 servo in the CXC. This offers an even more precise running speed and even better reading of the audio data than its predecessor. The Evo CD does not use a general-purpose drive, but a specially designed device designed exclusively to play audio CDs with unfailing precision.

Designed for sound
The anodized aluminum that surrounds the Evo CD's precision components not only matches the Evo's clean design, but also contributes to its performance. The acoustic dampening of the metal housing and drive tray ensures that the signal is not affected on the way to the Evo's digital-to-analog converter using the custom-made "Evo Link" cable.
