Head Box S2 Digital is fully equipped for the highest demands of modern audiophiles. It provides support for PCM fiels bsi 32 bit / 786kHz and DSD decoding up to Quad DSD (DSD256). Five digital filters are available to shape the sound to your own liking. Three digital inputs ensure connection for all possible signal sources, be it a PC via the USB B input or a TV via the optical S /PDIF input. The coaxial input accepts all the data of a digital transport, such as the CD Box DS2 T. All inputs are eqquiped for HIREs data up to 24bit / 192 kHz. The USB input also provides support for data up to PCM 32bit/ 768kHz or DSD256. The front headphone output provides a clear and precise sound with a musical touch. Unintentional background noise via the USB input is prevented by double filtering to ensure trouble-free playback.
