CD Box RS is an ultimate CD drive that gets the maximum information out of every CD. To achieve this, the special Sonic Scrambling technology with "Sonic2" connection is used. The bus is used to transmit PCM audio in the best possible way. the bus splits the signal into clock and serial music data because separate signal transmission resulsts in significant jittering. Sonic Scrambling technology imoproved the linearity of digital audio signals in multibit converts. 2 DACs per channel operating in differential mode achieve faithful D/A conversion. As a result, the linearity of quiet passages is greatly improved and transducer-induced disortions are much smaller. Even the finest musical details therefore become virtually disortion-free audible. In order to use the Sonic Scrambling technology, two cable connections (RJ45>RJ45 and BNC>BNC) must be made simultaneously to either Pro-Ject Audio Systems" Dac Box RS or Pre Box RS Digital and the following digital outputs are available : AES / EBU, Toslink & coaxial S / PDIF.
