The entire laylout is designed to minimize crosstalk between the left and right channels and achieve amazing stereo channel separation. So you can locate the instruments in your room practically exactly. The CXA80 has balanced and separate transformer stages for the left and right channels, dual rectification and separate power supplies. When these "dual mono components" are combined, they fill your music with an incredible presence and depth. The result is a broad, enveloping sound that is normally only obtained from amplifiers that cost far more.
